I really enjoyed my stay. The view is amazing. What a treat to wake up in the morning to the sights and sounds of the ocean right out of the master bedroom window. Then you get to walk a few steps and can relax on the back porch and chill. I prefer Oceanside over San Diego because the beaches are flatter and easier to walk and are less crowded. Plenty of stores and restaurants will meet all your needs. The hosts were extremely responsive to all my questions and quickly addressed a slight issue I had. I will be coming back!!!

The view is amazing! Location is good. Overall clean place. I would definitely not say luxury but for the price it was good. Another chair in the living room would be nice. Headboard in the king room could be replaced. It had some questionable stains on it. Kitchen had all the things needed for cooking. Counter top ice maker was a hit with the kids.

This was my first time for Oceanside and I can guarantee you I will be back . me and my two girlfriends were celebrating a retirement so perfect. This condo was so perfect seeing the ocean Loved the balcony even got to see some dolphins swimming by I will rent this place again. I can’t wait to next trip.

Our family had a great vacation in Oceanside. The unit was nice but we couldn’t get out into the beach from the house. We did have to walk down towards the park to find a location that the water receded enough to get into the ocean safely. The property owners were very prompt to respond to our questions. I liked having door codes for easy access to the property. The ability to use the circuit app to get rides around Oceanside and leave the car parked was very convenient! We also saw dolphins riding the waves with the surfers. We would definitely come back.

This is the fourth vacation home we’ve rented from Beachfront Only, each had their own positives and negatives. This location by far (south O’Side) I liked the best, and had tons of street parking. Not having a garage is fine, as the prior ones with them are just as small as a car port and easier to not deal with a door. We saw tons of surfers each day, unlike the other spots northern. Dolphins and whale shots of water can be seen, like the other locations, but feels more private here. I felt the furniture needed replacement, not like the prior rentals we had. The couch was overly worn, smelled, barstools wobbly and felt like they were going to break. Outside could use another table or a second chair. One window was missing a screen, another bent so bad it kept falling out, and the front door deadbolt/slide lock would never work as it could not fit that setup. These were all minor for us and we didn’t raise any as issues, only sent as feedback after leaving. Also, the main bedroom does not have an AC unit, so be aware you’d want the window cracked for air. Definitely recommend, just be aware of the minor things I mentioned. Would stay again with the same conditions.

Wonderful. The front yard was a little run down, the gate was rusted the back grassy patio had a slight odor and the atm Chair was broken. But otherwise wonderful!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay with our family. The view was unbeatable. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and conveniently placed a bucket of water outside the front door to wash our feet. The hosts were quick to respond and extremely accommodating. Our children had a lovely time. All other guests were friendly and respectful. We especially loved the gas fireplace on the deck and enjoyed “s’mores by the sea.” We will be back! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We spent every meal and much time sitting on the deck, listening to the waves and watching the pelicans and surfers. It was lovely. The suite was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bunk bed has a little space between the lower and upper beds so it’s a bit tricky getting in, but worked fine for our lIttle one. The kitchen is stocked with some spices you can walk from the condo to a beach side Café a few minutes away, the main commercial strip is more of a 20 minute walk. It was all lovely and we really enjoyed our time.

I love this place! The view from our bedroom was amazing. I loved waking up and the first thing I see is the ocean. They even provide a gas fire pit. All amenities, including wife. I made it feel more like home.

We loved our stay! It was wonderful. Great views, great ocean breezes thru out the whole house. My grandsons had bunk beds which they loved. They were able to boogie board and swim. I liked having coffee out on the deck watching all the morning surfers. Boys were in school except weekends. My daughter had to work some while I was there. I have come down often and always stay at the beach. From now on I will only go thru Beachfront Only! Nice staff, very accomodating and helpful. These people are very right on lol... We stayed for a couple of weeks. Hard for me to go home up north.

What a spectacular location. The property is great and it’s so close to great restaurants! We will definitely be coming back for those phenomenal sunrise and sunsets!
