Come escape to luxury in this oceanfront, 5-bedroom vacation rental. This condo is part of a six-unit complex on the beach. There is an elevator available in this unit for those who have difficulty climbing up stairs. This is a perfect private getaway for anyone that want an escape from home! The building and condo are wheelchair accessible and the unit boasts beautiful slate flooring, a large kitchen perfect for any cook with granite counters and stainless appliances, a living room with a large flat screen TV, views looking out straight to the beach, an oceanfront balcony, and a private spa. This property also comes with central AC. You will be spoiled after your stay here and never want to leave!

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! BEACH ACCESS: There is a driveway that allows access to the underground parking between the condo complex and the beach. In order to get to the beach, this driveway must be crossed. See virtual tour to view exactly where it is situated.
All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

The home was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware and the home was large enough to accommodate our group of nine adults. The location provided easy access to all of our activities. This is a great stay!
Amazing view!
by Becky MinsterWe sat for hours just enjoying the beautiful view. The home is nice and roomy for groups traveling together. It was great for all of us to have our own bathrooms. Everything we wanted to do was so close by. Delicious restaurants downtown, whale watching, and the harbor. We had a wonderful time, and would stay there again!

Thank you for your review. We understand your frustration in regards to the additional fees for specific add-ons. The dog cleaning fee covers the upholstery cleaning after any dog has entered the property. This ensures that future guests, who may have allergies, are not affected. Because of the number of units we manage, unfortunately, a late check out fee is required as additional housekeepers need to be added to the schedule to accommodate for the incoming check-in. Other than the fees, we are glad you enjoyed the property!

Beachfront Only Vacation Rental
Amazing Views
by Monica GutierrezThe rental was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. The extra vanity/sink in the rooms is a great idea for our large family. There was an additional ice maker on the sink that was very helpful. Our only “problems” were that we only had one large pot and 9 forks for 12 people. We had a difficult time trying to make spaghetti the first night we were there cooking sauce in multiple frying pans, etc. We did contact the office as soon as we noticed, but did not receive another pot or forks until about 24 hours later. We figured it out (spaghetti with spoons lol!). Also, the microwave did not work, but there was a separate one on the counter. Several of us tried using the microwave which was not marked out of order and we were not advised that it wasn’t working. I was also surprised that there was not a garbage disposal. We knew ahead of time that we would have to walk to the beach, since the waves break into the jetty in front of the home, but didn’t realize it would take 20-25 minutes to get to an area that had enough sand (almost to the pier). I would recommend bringing a small wagon to haul your cooler, boogie boards, etc. It also was a little disappointing that the one marked handicapped space was occupied by two cars belonging to the guests in unit 6. My handicapped husband had to park elsewhere until those guests left their unit. Overall we had a good stay and made some great memories.
Connie, your feedback is very valuable. Our kitchens should be stocked with dish-ware, pots, and pans to serve a full Thanksgiving dinner. We appreciate you reaching out, and regret we could not deliver items sooner. Our team will be following up with maintenance regarding the microwave. We choose not to install garbage disposals in many of our homes because sadly some visitors will put items down that cannot be disposed of in a sink. We instead are abiding by the City of Oceanside’s recycling and compost program. We are pleased that overall your stay was good and most importantly made great memories at the beach! by Josh McLeodCons: The floor was a bit dirty feeling (slightly sticky). The showers didn’t have hot water but they were quick to fix the problem with hardly any wait. New showers and knobs for the showers would be a good update. The main master bedroom’s wall made a knocking sound. I think it was from the people staying above us. The front door has a loose metal piece on the bottom that makes it easy to clip one’s foot. please note: if you want to be close to a beach with sand and playing in the water, you will need to drive. The beach is non existent in front of the condo. It’s only a rock barrier. The waves crash hard against the barrier, especially at night. If you walk to the beach, it is about a 15 minute walk. But that part of the beach closest to the condo is filled with ROCKS (river looking rocks). So you have to walk past the pier which is another 20 minutes to find a sandy beach. We ended up driving to the beach which was a bummer. Also, please note the parking garage is pretty low clearance. You would need to carefully enter if you have a car top carrier or lifted vehicle.

by Steve LoomisThe property is spacious with a fully stocked kitchen, and while tastefully decorated, the furniture and flooring are pretty childproof. We took full advantage of the BBQ, Eero WIFI, the private spa as well as the fire pit.
Not sure how they do it, but the insulation is impeccable – we could hear through our open window that the family staying above us was doing a workout video, but there wasn’t so much as a creak or thump that we could hear through the ceiling. The web site says the place sleeps 12, but if you count window beds and sofa sleepers, you could probably sleep nearly twice that many.
