We enjoyed this place very much! Everything was as pictured and described. Beds were comfortable and and basic kitchen and bath items are already here- just bring your food and beach toys! We were thrilled to be able to have all of our kids and grandchildren stay all together in one house (there was 25 of us!). Central living areas were great yet each family had their own private space as well given the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the hot tubs and decks as well and took the short walk to the beach for fun there. We were lucky to see a large pod of dolphins while sitting on our deck one morning! Sunsets were amazing as well. Just wish we could have stayed longer! There were a few repairs that needed to be done (loose towel rack, clogged shower head, low water level in hot tub) but these were done the same day I contacted Beachfront. Couldn\'t ask for more!

Amazing views from all 4 levels, 3 beautiful great rooms, Our family reunion for over 20 very comfortable and loved that every room had its own bathroom. I would have given it 5 stars but the shampoo in half of the wall dispensers was putrid (literally) and a couple of the faucets and towel racks were loose. Management welcomes & responds immediately to text messages re deficiencies. Beachfront Only Inc. manages over 100 properties and has crews to address issues like these, but this is not a 5 star hotel. The good far outweighed the bad, but bring some patience and your own shampoo as our neighbors had the same issue.

We had a family reunion and the place was perfect. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space for gathering and space for privacy. The rooms were all well stocked with everything we needed, even beach towels. Kitchens also well stocked. The location was great. Walking distance to sandy beach and pier. Garage parking was nice. Very easy to bring our dog along. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Our leadership team flew in for our annual strategy meeting. We thought it would be great to have everyone stay in one place to build team camaraderie and have a central meeting space. We also wanted it to feel as a type of retreat that is different than the typical meet in the office experience. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay at Beachfront Only. Each member had their own private room and access to multiple common spaces. This allowed everyone to have their space away from the group as needed while being able to meet as a full team and develop our strategy for the year. We will definitely be back to stay!!

Overall experience was great! Great location and great amenities included with the home. Some things that could have been improved: we had a bed sheet that had some dead bugs on it which we just changed out, many of the rooms had outlets that were not working, one of the garage doors was not working correctly. None of these were significant enough to affect our overall experience, so we were still very satisfied. We look forward to coming back next year or the year after!

Loved the location, and how spacious it was. The property management folks were responsive to a few minor issues that came up. My only complaint was with the water pressure. On the upper floors, there were many times where if multiple bathrooms were in use, there was zero water coming out of the showers. I think if we had been informed about this beforehand, it would have been better. My recommendation is to install pressure regulators and pumps to ensure water pressure in all 11 bathrooms. Even with that issue, I'd still stay again, but experience will be enhanced if the water pressure gets fixed.

We had the best time at the house. Everyone absolutely loved it. The house was perfect for our multi-generational family gathering. We are looking forward to going again next year.
