This phenomenal 4 bedroom oceanfront rental is perfect for a small family vacation. The common area features a BBQ and fire-pit. This unit features its' very own private spa, located right out of the living room balcony.
The common grass area is shared amongst the 4 units. Please note that due to recent weather predicaments the backyard isn't at it's full size as sink holes have formed.
Parking: 2 Car Garage
Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

by Lorraine Y PiankoThis unit it gorgeous and so big. It has a beautiful curved staircase and good size bedrooms. The main bathroom is huge and so modern - loved the shower! Nothing like sitting in the hot tub on the balcony in December and watching the sunset. A wonderful way to celebrate my birthday before Christmas. The staff at Beachfront has always been so helpfu. I needed some help on lighting the fireplace and they guided me through it. I\'ll definately be back!

by Moneesh AroraThe condo was exactly as described and the pictures didn't do it justice. Everything was well maintained and the unit had all the essentials and then some. The finishes and furnishings were top notch and the unit had all the modern touches we could have hoped for. It felt like we had all the comforts of home. Our family had a wonderful time staying at this unit and only left to get groceries -- we didn't want to leave the great views and amenities. I highly recommend BeachFront Only and this condo -- we will be staying there again for sure.
