Our family loves this unit. Plenty of room for six adults and four kids. Fantastic location a 20 foot walk to the sand. Easy walk to the pier and restaurants too. Great views, we hardly turned on the TV instead open the doors and enjoyed the scenery and the activity on the beach. Had a small issue with a noisy AC unit but maintenance got right on it. Will be looking to book again for next summer!

Great house! Awesome view Would rent again! Only complaint is that the tile stair way in the common area leading up to the house in the building was dirty, had blood spots, would like that to be cleaned and kept nice

My husband and I only stayed in this location, because the property we had booked was no longer in your catalogue. When we entered the property we could see that the floors looked dirty and unvacuumed. I was going to vacuum myself, but the cord to the vacuum cleaner was not in the closet. So, my husband swept the floors with a broom and picked up quite a bit a dirt, food, and pet hair. There was some red food stains on the rug, and the corner of the rug made a tripping hazard. So, we placed a chair in the middle of the room to cover it. In the bathroom there was some type of white powder on the floor, the toilet paper, and the counter. We still don't know what it was, but we cleaned it up. It was difficult to move the dog up and down stairs and open all the doors required to get our pet outside. We ran into another dog at one point, which was difficult. There are 20 chairs in this property and not one of them is very comfortable. You need a more comfortable sofa than the futon/folding couch bed thing and some ottomans. The entire building appeared to be under remodel work, so there was some noise and construction dirt. Now, the good points. The location was excellent. The house was well stocked. For very large families this location would probably work, but it is not a place I would like, since it is just for my husband and myself. I like the two parking spaces. The elevator is great. The beds are comfortable. The BBQ was a nice touch. Love having a washer/dryer. The staff at Beachfront is always top notch, which is why we have chosen you several times for our vacation, but I would not stay at this property again. Thank you.

For the most part, it was lovely. We loved the location. The beds were comfortable, the water was always hot, and the set-up fit our group of 8 really well. We did have many things go wrong. The electrical panel went out in one of the rooms as soon as someone put a hairdryer in the socket. The Fire pit outside didn't start without a lighter. The sink in the bathroom was not draining properly. The elevator wasn't working for part of our stay (made it particularly hard with luggage). But the kicker was that our door would not open one evening and we had to hoist my young niece up the balcony to get into our property. I've shared the details with your management, but it was the response of your property management team that was unacceptable! So it was good, AND it had more challenges than I would expect given the cost of the property.

We had such a wonderful stay. The Condo was amazing. We loved the wall to wall doors that opened onto the beach. We had them open early morning to late at night. The beds were very comfortable. The beach was immaculate white sand, beautifully cleaned twice a day by the city. I couldn’t say enough about how great this unit is. Perfect location, beautifully maintained, off street parking, everything you could want. I highly recommend it. We had a small issue with a slow draining sink when we first got there. I called and we had someone there to take care of it in less than half an hour. Great customer service‼️ Thank you for a wonderful time at the beach.

Could have used more beach & shower towels. Also, the side door & gate to the side street were not shutting or locking and were open so anyone could walk in for our entire stay.

Wonderful beach house

Loved being right on the beach and the panoramic door was amazing! We kept it open all day everyday.
The only downside was the parking garage. The entry to the garage was so narrow, I scraped my rental pulling in and coming out. The garage was very very small and they lined it for 11 parking spots that were so tight you could barely get into the car.
Other than that.....thank you for a beautiful place to stay!
Jamie, thank you for your stay. It is unfortunate to know you had a hard time with parking. The garage entrance ramp measures 14' wide, more than 50% wider than the standard garage opening. The height of this garage is 8'2" to accommodate ADA vans. This is also an 8 car garage plus 1 handicap space. We're sorry if that did not suffice for the vehicle you were driving, and we always provide additional parking for larger vehicles at our headquarters for our guests convenience. Wonderful beach house with a perfect view

Perfect for Friends!

Overall, we loved our stay. The feeling of having a private living room on the beach was perfect for a weekend catching up with friends, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Having 4.5 bathrooms was really enjoyable for our big group. The keypad entry system was awesome and made it easy for our group to come and go.
There were a few little things with property condition that I was surprised Beachfront Only hadn't checked on ahead of time, that would improve future stays:
- the propane tank for the rooftop fire pit was empty & the backup was rusted shut
- only 4 forks (also only 8 wineglasses) and when we texted, staff didn't bring replacements until the next day after a 2nd reminder
- only small frying pans... the house fits 10 people but that's not how the pans are sized!
- no ice ... there is what seems to be an ice maker on the counter, but it is rusty and there aren't instructions

Very clean spacious loved that every bedroom has a restroom. Walking distance to everything, best ocean views!!! the only negative part is that you only get 2 parking spaces and when everybody came from different places you need more than two spaces but was able to leave the cars at their main office which is about 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic.

Beautiful place had all amenities plus more . The neighborhoods were not respectful of our deck / spa area but it’s not the properties fault . Customer service is great . The accommodations of the parking was so helpful and easy to communicate with the property customer service . Beachfront Only understands family with children with care . I loved it ! Overall we had a great experience and communication was exceptional from the property customer service personal . We were advised of city regulations and what to expect , me coming from another city was very much helpful. Thank you Beachfront, we will see you soon for sure !

Location layout and amenities were all accurate. It was very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this for any family looking for an amazing home right on the beach in a great location. We love this place - awesome place to relax. Stayed here so many times. If it was for sale, would buy it. Only drawback is was difficulty in working the A/C unit wish there was instructions to it. Also, the Roku TV should have some apps like HBOMax already installed so can watch other shows

This was a family get away. The home easily slept 10 people. The home was very clean and updated. Beachfront Only was great about quickly answering questions. Family Getaway

Our time on The Strand as very relaxing and memorable. The unit was spacious and modern, so our extended family did not feel like we were on top of each other constantly. The area of the beach that we overlooked was less traveled and not crowded, which was a plus. The furnishings were comfortable and modern. The fire pit and available space heaters allowed us to keep the panoramic doors open much of the time, so we could enjoy the ocean breeze. Communication with the management company was simple via email, text, etc. and staff was polite and responsive. We would love to stay here again.

Relaxing place

The place has really been improved since our last trip. The place was really cleaned since the last time we were here. Liked that they have placed more propane tanks to use and liked that they placed another fire pit downstairs. ONLY downside was the fire pit by the spa did not work and other unit switched their fire pit with ours and the spa had very little water in it and did not know how to refill. The Wifi needs to be stronger because had a lot of weak spots in the complex and water pressure was low.

Things have changed

We have used beachfront over and over again. But this is my first time since the pandemic to stay. I loved the location. I loved the amenities. But the furniture is getting worn down, lots of stains and there was sand everywhere, even in the condo. The showers weren't very clean. It just seemed more run down than usual. Maybe it was an off cleaning day but the sofa was blackened with dirt.

Gorgeous View and Location for this home. It was spectacular. Everything was clean. We had a bathroom in all the bedrooms which was great. Convenient parking in the garage, short walks to get everywhere. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had 1 problem with the dishwasher and it was fixed within 10 minutes by the nicest service men we have ever encountered

Great location but needs improvements

We have stayed at this house (It has 4 separate units) every summer the past 4 years. Great location because it is a beachfront and a short walk to pier, but we had issues/problems this time. Circuit breakers tripped 3 times in 2 days so we were without power the 1st night until we found where the main electrical panel was located. A/C in 2 rooms did not work the 4 days we were there and it was unusually hot that weekend for Oceanside. Hot tub on the rooftop did not work. Service rep came out to check on a/c and hot tub and said a/c couldn't be fixed at the time and that the hot tub needed a part. Beachfront Only did agree to give us credit of 20% off our next rental. Other than that, this is a great unit that is right on the beach that will accommodate 8-10 people.

Absolute perfection!

This rental was everything we hoped for and more. So comfortable for a family with a dog and so much space for extended family. Everything was beautiful and worked well. We had a slight hiccup with the AC but they fixed it within an hour. You absolutely can not beat the location. Walk right out on the sand!

The view and the ease of getting to the beach was amazing! The house is a great layout as well with bathrooms in each room plus a half bath in the hall. The only negative was the grill which was old and took us a while to get working, and never did get to working properly. Other than that we had a wonderful time, we will definitely be back!

Perfect view from balcony , perfect location. The condo was very tastefully decorated!! We had 5 In our party, was very roomy each had one bedroom and bathroom. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the roof!! It was one of the best locations and we all had a fabulous time, couldn’t have asked for more.

Great View

Great place for a family vacation. There were 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. We never felt crowded, even when eating meals. Everything you need except for beach stuff, is provided. The beach is just steps away. I do wish that there were screens on the windows in order to let the fresh air in without the flies. When there were people in the room above, you can here them walking around. A place to rinse the sand off outdoors would also be nice. Overall a great place for a beach vacation.
