Best location!

Pros- best view and can’t beat the sound of waves!! Steps from the water, not many cars, easy walk down the boardwalk, convenient access with an elevator from the garage. Excellent communication with the team. Well maintained and furnished living area/patio. CONS- bedrooms and floors were not clean. Shower still had lots of sand on the floor before our first use. Vanity in bathrooms were peeling so didn’t even open the drawers. Found 2 pairs of dried contact lenses on the wall. All in all - would stay again but don’t expect a pristine place. Saw 1 person from cleaning staff as we were leaving but a unit that size should have at least 2 people to turn over between consecutive stays.

Always love coming here. Love the location. Love the service. Only problem this visit was the body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were not filled and they were watered down like it was old. Still worth coming back!:)

Location was perfect. View was incredible. Easy check in and out. We were very pleased with the responses of staff regarding issues or questions that we had. We were especially shocked that a new stove/oven was installed in one day - Guaranteeing that we could cook our Thanksgiving Turkey. That was above and beyond the call of duty (but it would have been a huge disappointment if we couldn’t cook all the food we had ready for thanksgiving dinner too). I would highly recommend the property and this business and will be a return customer. I do think that the property is showing signs of wear in certain areas and if would have been nice to have tv’s in the bedrooms. Other than that - it was fantastic.

I can not recommend Beachfront Only enough! They made our stay in Oceanside memorable for years to come. We rented 702-4 and loved it. The beach access could not be easier, and so much sand! Every morning we watched the waves and occasional dolphin on the wrap-around balcony. We cooked a couple meals on the grill and we also walked into town for some great restaurants. It was really cool to text with the management company for all questions and requests. I would definitely recommend this rental to a friend.

THE BBQ GRILL GOES ON BUT THE FLAME IS SO LOW IT WON'T COOK FOOD, NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. ALSO, THE OVEN TOOK ABOUT 45 MIN, TO GET TO THE 350 PREHEAT TEMP. My vacation was pleasant. The firepit had smores all over it but otherwise it was good. The parking underneath was a nice bonus just wish I had known going down would scratch the bottom of my car. I know next time to take it on a huge angle. All in all nice and we hope to return. Thank you.

We always only rent with Beachfront Rentals because the properties are consistently nice.
This time we were surprised at how much wear had happened in just one year. That happens which so much exposure to the marine conditions. A couple things there were only a total of 8 forks in the unit. We purchased plastic to get by and we also had to provide paper towels and toilet paper. Also, there was no way to lock the shared bathroom door. One thing that was a concern for us was that the bedrooms deadbolt from the inside so our three year old locked herself in the side bedroom. Fortunately, we were able to get her to unlock it, but from that experience on, we just made certain to leave the exterior access window or door such that we
could get in that way if needed. Looking forward to coming again in 2023

We loved our stay. It was so nice being right next to the water and being able to go to the beach without hauling everything to the car and driving. The views were beautiful. We had no issues with noise. We couldn't figure out the air but did not call maintenance because we just left the doors open and it was cool outside. The panoramic doors/windows are amazing. Communication was excellent and they responded right away when we had questions. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Will definitely come back in the future!

We love the place! So clean and a perfect location. My only suggestion is it would be nice if the company could be a little more flexible with early checkin when there wasn’t a previous tenant.

good experience, but the daily rental fee is much to high. WE have rented the unit 702-4 for four years and the rent has increased to a point were this will be our last year. And, as the rental price increases, the owners have done very little to maintain or improve the condition of the property. This is why we would not recommend it to a friend.
If you would lower the daily rental price we would be more then happy to return next year at the same time.

We loved the location.
There is room for improvement in the following areas:
1) CLEANLINESS: surfaces like the TV center, coffee table and tray were dusty.
2) CONDITIONS of window coverings: the cranks for two Roman shades to the balcony doors were missing. Fly screens of multiple bedrooms windows were missing
3) SUPPLIES: rinse aid to dishwasher needed refill, however, I could not find the supply under kitchen sink. Reported to management. They could have simply leave some outside the unit’s front door instead of waiting for permission to enter.
4). GREETINGS: the management offered to greet us around check-in time. That was a nice gesture which I did not anticipate. However, no one showed up?
Overall, the unit was in good condition and we had a good time there. Thank you!

BeachFrontOnly upgraded our rental after our original unit needed some unexpected repairs. The new unit was breathtaking, with 180 degree views and wrap around patio. The location was awesome as well, we walked everywhere including to the transportation center to take The Coaster into the city. We feel spoiled now and it was very hard to leave.

Great Beachfront Property!

We loved our week here! Oceanside has so much to offer, and this was an ideal setting. You are steps to the water, and walkability is fantastic. Its why we chose this place, and we were NOT disappointed. The unit was equipped well. We were acquainted with Beachfront Only earlier this year when they merged with another property management that we were booked with... and they will definitely be at the top of my list when I search for properties in the future.. The communication was excellent. I would definitely use them again! There were a couple of \"amenity\" things to note. This WOULD NOT be a reason not to stay here, just info to help be prepared! There was a very sparse selection of spices - no oils, or any of those cooking basics that sometimes you find in a rental until - be sure to bring your own if you plan to cook! Also, no beach equipment. We typically bring our own chairs, so again, this should not be a problem, just be prepared!! Thank you for hosting us!

I would have given you a 5star, but the air conditioner was a factor. The first few days it was very hot and no ac until the day before we checked out. The refrigerator was leaking, and the door was broken, the Maintenace staff came out right away, but they had to turn off the filtered water. We had no filtered water the entire time. I picked this home because of the security factor and the security gate didn't work and was open the entire time. The home and location were outstanding and very clean.

The property location is phenomenal. The management team response was always quick.
Here are the negatives:
1. The master bedroom has no closet. My husband is in Real Estate and in California a room without a closet cannot be called a bedroom. You did bring us a wardrobe to use...which worked out.
2. When we asked for an hour or 2 early check-in without a fee since nobody was in the unit for a few days before we arrived you told us you have to do a full inspection. If that was case why did we find the barbecue broken. You brought us a new one immediately. Also, the fire pit wasn't working. It needed a new gas tank. My husband had to shlepp one from next to the barbeque to put it in the fire pit. If it was checked you would have known.
3. The outdoor furniture has seen better days. The cushions have no padding and there were no back cushions.
4. The refrigerator has seen better days.
5. The floors were not very clean. They are also separating and buckling.
6. There was no dresser in Queen bedroom. You did move one from the bunkbed room for us.
7. The air in the great room wasn't working and then the master bedroom air conditioner stopped working. You did respond immediately, but we were without air in the bedroom for 4 nights.
8. The elevator floors and walls were constantly dirty. The elevator door was never cleaned. There was a leak from the overflow of the air-conditioning in the garage. When we reported it, your maintenance people put the garbage pale under it. It was still there when we left.
9. The dining room table was filthy...it was so sticky. My husband cleaned it...now it is clean.
10. Would love 2 single beds instead of bunkbeds. If 4 couples want to share this unit, it is impossible.
Please understand, we loved the unit and it's location. We just wanted you to know all of the negatives that we all found.
Our friends with us stayed in one of your other units. They said it was appointed beautifully with expensive accessories.
We just felt, a beautiful unit, with a great location, with a hefty price tag should have some better amenities. We know the difference between a personal owner and a corporation or group owner.
Again, we did love the unit and would stay there again even with the negatives and would hope the owners would consider some of the suggestions we made.

Relaxing get away

The overall experience was wonderfully relaxing. We were very happy with the view, and the awesome panoramicwindows that opened on both sides of the living/dining space to allow the fresh air and sounds of the ocean into the room with us.
The furnishings were nice and the beds were comfortable. A little TLC might be needed for the outdoor furniture, BBQ and firepit. The local management company was responsive and quick to follow up with our requests. ❤️

Had a great time!

We had a great time staying here! Plenty of space and very well laid out. Location was amazing! Had a great beach right out front with sand volleyball, perfect for hanging out with friends and staying near the beach while keeping all the amenities of home.
The rooftop hot tubs were great and a chill way to enjoy the sound of the waves and the lovely ocean breezes.
The kitchen was well supplied with the basics and kept us from having to go find food elsewhere.
Our favorite feature was the wall to wall glass doors. Opening them wide for a breeze or just a bit to keep the soundscape of the waves crashing nearby as we shared coffee and conversation.
I would definitely recommend this unit for families or groups looking to enjoy the beach, the area, or to just get away from the daily grind.

Very beautiful but things need attention

This was our 3rd year in a row at this property, so obviously we really enjoy it. But, this year we noticed that things needed attention. When we arrived the disposal, dishwasher, washing machine and outdoor fire pit all had pieces that need to be replaced . Some pots and pans we're missing as well. Can openers didn't work. We called for assistance and the maintenance man they sent was wonderful. He did his best to fix everything he could. We actually saw him on his day off and he took the time to text his manager to verify the washing machine was going to be fixed. He went above and beyond in our opinion. Unfortunately, the washing machine and fire fit were not fixed when we left. Mashing machine company was called and they no showed on us. Not sure if fire pit company was ever contacted. Covid has created difficulties for everyone so I want to acknowledge that as I write this review. We have some wonderful memories of our time spent here.

Perfect for our family, 6 adults and 4 children

We arrived at our Oceanside beachfront condo with high expectations. They were definitely met. The condo was so clean and the kitchen well stocked. The panoramic view was amazing!! We had to get a few random things and the staff quickly responded. The room for the kids, 10, 9 and 6 was perfect. 3 separate beds that they used and of course made a great fort. Our 18 month old slept with his folks in the king bedroom next door.
The 2 car underground parking and the off site office parking worked perfectly. Very limited sun but couldn't have had a better home for our vacation.

Paradise at Home

Great staycation since I live only 20 minutes away. This condo was perfect for my family of 8. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was comfortable and enough space for all. Being right in front of the ocean was the best part for me, very relaxing. The only negative was that internet was not very reliable.

Beautiful Home

The home is truly so beautiful! We loved enjoying the views of the ocean & even woke up early to see a sunrise. Everything was very clean & organized. At one point, the toaster in the kitchen broke and we were provided a new one the same day! Directions to the home/garage/entry were very easy to understand. We seriously loved this place and hope to come back again!

Wonderful Spot for Family to Gather

Having our kids together is always a wonderful treat, but this wonderful condo made it all the more perfect. The unit is roomy and had everything we needed. All went well, some problems: AC in a few rooms with a speedy service to repair. A few kitchen items: pot holders, can opener frozen, plastic basin for kitchen sink to wash dishes ( no plug for sink). This is all minor, just suggesting of what we would supply. All in ALL it was GREAT.

My new favorite spot!!!

This place is amazing!!!! A short walk across the street (the strand) to the beach. If you have older kids, they can play at the beach and you can sit with the doors open and watch them. Everything felt fresh & clean. The kitchen includes everything you need + more! We stayed at the height of quarantine which meant bringing all of our own food. There was nothing we needed for as far as kitchen supplies!
You do have to walk up quite a few stairs to get to this unit (4) so if you have small kids with a lot of stuff, you may consider a different unit.
My only complaint is that the bedroom are very bright at night as there are no dark window coverings. So if you need it black to sleep, you may want to bring a sheet or something to cover the window.
We already have our next trip booked and can’t wait!!!

Great place, great location. But, The rent has been increased by %50 for the same time next year. Probably won't rent it next year because of the large increase in rent.
